The exterior of the pulley undergoes meticulous machining using a state-of-the-art large drum lathe, guaranteeing uniform thickness and minimal pulsation for optimal performance. We select 45# round steel and sleeve, ensuring precision crafting of the entire shaft, which is vital for maintaining shaft concentricity and reducing eccentric shaft forces. This meticulous attention to detail ensures the stability and smooth operation of the pulley. Our high-quality bearings, featuring a hot charging and bearing block with an internal bearing Enlargement Device, facilitate effortless bearing positioning and eliminate damage risks from impacts. For pulleys enduring forces beyond 80KN, we perform comprehensive inner stress elimination treatments, complemented by precise static balance inspections when belt speeds exceed 2.5m/s.
