The inner pulley disc is welded with precision by a specialized pulley welding machine, while the pulley sleeve and disc are seamlessly fused using a high-tech positioner. Our large drum lathe processes the outer circle, guaranteeing uniform thickness and minimal pulsation. Crafted from 45# round steel and sleeve, the entire shaft is processed to uphold shaft concentricity and minimize eccentric shaft force, resulting in a smoother, more stable pulley operation. We incorporate high-quality bearings with a hot charging and bearing block, featuring an innovative inner bearing Enlargement Device that eases the bearing installation and prevents damage. For pulleys enduring forces beyond 80KN, we conduct stress elimination treatments, and for belt speeds over 2.5m/s, a rigorous static balance inspection is performed to ensure optimal performance.
