We carefully select 45# round steel and sleeves, processing the entire shaft to ensure impeccable shaft concentricity, effectively reducing eccentric shaft force. Equipped with high-quality bearings featuring a hot charging and bearing block, we incorporate an inner bearing enlargement device, facilitating the smooth insertion of the bearing and preventing any potential damage from impact. For pulleys subjected to forces exceeding 80KN, we conduct stress elimination treatments, ensuring optimal performance.
