Nestled within its core, a high-manganese steel lining awaits, designed for easy replacement post-wear. At the heart of this machine, a dynamic spindle rotor is equipped with an array of uniformly weighted, wear-resistant plate hammers, each secured with high-strength bolts, promising consistent performance and reliability.
Witness the dynamic operation of our superior mainframe as it propels the spindle into a high-speed rotation through its motor and triangular belt system. Once the substantial materials make their grand entrance into the crushing cavity via the feed port, they are subjected to the relentless force of the high-speed wear-resistant plate hammer. Only when the materials reach the desired fineness, they are graciously released through the gap of the lower strip. Meanwhile, those that fall short remain within the crushing cavity, enduring repeated impacts by the wear-resistant plate hammer on the rotor until perfection is achieved and they can enter the world through the gap of the lower strip, meeting the stringent standards set forth.
To prevent any possibility of material blockage, it is advisable that the water content of materials intended for crushing is kept below a 20% threshold, thus ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted operation.
