The ZSW series linear vibration feeder is masterfully engineered with a feeder box, vibrator, spring bracket, and a transmission device. At its core lies the excitator, a sophisticated assembly of two eccentric shafts (main and driven) paired with a vice gear. The motor energizes the active shaft, prompting the gears to engage, thereby driving the driven shaft. In a synchronized dance, the main and secondary shafts rotate inversely, causing the box to vibrate. This orchestrated motion propels materials forward at a precise 45-degree angle, ensuring consistent and uniform feeding.
