How It Works
The ZSW series linear vibration feeder is an engineering marvel, crafted from a feeder box, a vibrator, spring bracket, and transmission device. At its core, the excitator houses two eccentric shafts-a main shaft and a driven shaft-accompanied by a vice gear. The motor propels the active shaft, enabling the gears on this shaft to engage and rotate in harmony with the driven shaft. This synchronized counter-rotation generates vibrations within the box, propelling materials forward at a 45-degree angle, ensuring a steady and uniform feed.
