In the single-cylinder cone crusher, the crushing wall is installed on the mantle and rotates eccentrically with the mantle. When the crusher is in operation, the materials enter the crushing chamber from the upper inlet and are continuously squeezed and crushed between the crushing wall and the concave. The crushing wall, with its conical shape and rough surface, can better grip and break the materials. As the mantle rotates, the crushing wall continuously changes its position and angle relative to the concave, making the materials subject to repeated squeezing and shearing forces, and finally crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the lower outlet.
Advantages
• High Crushing Efficiency: The unique shape and motion mode of the crushing wall enable it to exert strong crushing force on the materials, and can crush the materials to the required particle size in a short time, thus improving the crushing efficiency.
• Good Wear Resistance: The use of wear-resistant materials and the work hardening effect make the crushing wall have excellent wear resistance, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs, and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the crusher.
• Uniform Product Size: The crushing wall can make the materials in the crushing chamber get more uniform crushing, and the particle size distribution of the crushed products is relatively narrow, which can better meet the requirements of the subsequent production process.
