How It Works
The European Version of the Coarse Grinding Mill is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted with components such as the shell, rotor, impact iron, and bar. Elegantly structured, the shell is a two-part ensemble of upper and lower components, seamlessly welded from top-tier steel plates, while the remaining elements are securely bolted together. The crushing cavity is fortified with a high-manganese steel lining plate, promising ease of replacement upon wear. The spindle rotor is adorned with an array of wear-resistant plate hammers, uniformly weighted and securely fastened by robust high-strength bolts, ensuring superior durability and performance.
Driving the mainframe, the motor and triangular belt orchestrate the high-speed rotation of the spindle's rotor. As large materials are funneled into the crushing cavity through the feed port, they encounter the relentless, high-speed impact of the wear-resistant plate hammer. Qualified materials are effortlessly expelled through the gap of the lower strip, while those unqualified linger within the cavity, enduring repeated impacts until they reach the necessary standards for discharge.
To ensure seamless operation and prevent blockage of materials, the machine is designed to handle materials with a water content of up to 20%.

Quartz sand applications (silica sand, casting powder, etc.): Achieve an impressive 70% production yield of fine sand ranging from 0mm to 3mm.
Coarse Powder Mill: Utilizing it as a precursor to a ball mill, this machine can enhance the ball mill's efficiency by an astonishing 50%.
Firebrick, baking-free brick, and building blocks: The powder generated serves as a superior mixture material for crafting baking-free bricks and hollow building blocks.
