How It Works
The ZSW series linear vibration feeder is an innovative assembly of a feeder box, vibrator, spring bracket, and transmission device. At its core, the excitator is ingeniously crafted with two eccentric shafts - the main and driven - along with a vice gear. The motor seamlessly drives the active shaft, while gears on this shaft engage with and rotate the driven shaft. This synchronized reverse rotation of the main and slave shafts causes the box to vibrate, propelling materials forward at a 45-degree angle uniformly, ensuring consistent feeding.
