Initially, large seamless steel pipes are meticulously crafted into the drum's core. These robust pipes are the keystone, ensuring unmatched structural strength. Utilizing cutting-edge flame cutting technology, we achieve precision dimensions with unrivaled accuracy, ensuring each drum section aligns perfectly with exact specifications.
In our welding process, we employ an advanced drum welding machine to expertly join the drum's internal discs. This specialized technology ensures robust, long-lasting welds, significantly diminishing any risk of structural flaws. For welding drum shaft sleeves and discs, we use a positioner-an ingenious tool that grants us the perfect welding angles. This results in impeccable, seamless connections that stand the test of time.
The subsequent step involves utilizing a substantial lathe to skillfully machine the drum's outer cylinder-an essential phase to maintain uniform wall thickness, vital for peak performance. This minimizes radial runout, facilitating smooth, stable rotation. For shaft processing, we select No. 45 round steel and shaft sleeves with precision to ensure concentricity, reducing eccentric forces that may induce vibrations and premature wear. This meticulous approach guarantees stable rotation, prolonging the drum's lifespan and optimizing operational efficiency.
Bearing installation is a cornerstone of our process, where we implement premium bearings and housings alongside bearing inner diameter enlargers. Our method involves gently heating the bearings, enabling effortless placement into precise positions without the risk of damaging impacts. This technique ensures the integrity and longevity of the bearings, promoting seamless functionality.
Our approach is further tailored to meet specific operational demands. When the drum bears a stress exceeding 80 KN, we perform stress relief treatment to avert potential structural compromise. For belt speeds exceeding 2.5 m/s, we conduct static balance detection to ensure even, vibration-free rotation. These specialized treatments ensure the drum's robust and reliable performance under varying conditions.
Our production capability for various standard pulleys is impressively expansive, with diameters ranging from Φ114mm to Φ2400mm and lengths spanning 260mm to 3400mm. This extensive range empowers us to meet diverse industrial requirements, whether for compact machinery or large-scale conveyor systems. Each pulley is crafted with the same meticulous precision and care as our drums, ensuring consistent reliability and high performance across all applications.
