During shaft processing, we carefully select No. 45 round steel and shaft sleeves to ensure the shaft's concentricity. When the drum endures a resultant force exceeding 80 KN, stress relief treatment is essential to avert potential structural damage. If the belt speed surpasses 2.5 m/s, static balance detection becomes imperative to ensure the drum rotates evenly, devoid of excessive vibrations. These treatments help maintain structural integrity and optimal performance under varying conditions.
