Inside the crushing cavity, a high-manganese steel lining plate ensures durability and ease of replacement when worn. The spindle rotor is equipped with an array of uniformly weighted, wear-resistant plate hammers, securely fastened by high-strength bolts, promising uninterrupted and efficient operation.
Power and precision come together as the mainframe propels the spindle via a motor and triangular belt, causing the rotor to spin at incredible speeds. As large materials are fed into the crushing cavity, they meet their fate against the rapidly moving wear-resistant plate hammer.
